Dahal continues flaying NC‚ UML in Rolpa

UCPN-Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal claimed that the two major parties, Nepali Congress and CPN-UML, are trying to revive the 1991 Constitution by ignoring the 12-point agreement.

Speaking to local Maoist cadres workers in Holeri of Rolpa, the Maoist chairman charged that the NC and UML have pushed aside his party's demand to build the new constitution through consensus in order to resolve the issues of class, caste and region.

Accompanied by party General Secretary Krishna Bahadur Mahara, Secretary Barshaman Pun and other leaders, Dahal is on a three-day visit of the district that was the base of bloody Maoist insurgency launched for over a decade by his party.
